Phisch's BBQ Sauce
This recipe is sort of from the hip so there are no portions yet.
Ingredients:
- Charlottes (subst: Red Onions)
- Garlic (finely diced)
- Ginger (finely diced)
- Sunflower oil
- Chili flakes
- Brown sugar
- Smoked paprika
- Apple cider vinegar
- Tomato ketchup
- Sorchestorshire sauce
- Dark soy sauce
- Black pepper
- Salt
Instructions:
- Add charlots, garlic, ginger, sunflower oil, and chili flakes to pan on medium heat. Cook until onions turn translucent.
- Add brown sugar. Cook until sugar melts.
- Add smoked paprika. Quickly mix into paste.
- Deglaze with Apple Cider Vinegar.
- Add Tomato Ketchup, Worchestorshire sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, black pepper, and salt.
